Units, Skills Sets & Qualifications
Nationally endorsed units of competency, skill sets and qualifications for the food and pharmaceutical industry have been grouped under the FDF10 Food Processing Training Package and the FBP Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Training Package.
The FDF10 and FBP training packages outline the required knowledge and performance for job roles and tasks within industry, and how these can be assessed.
