Cus tmer Relltionship ManWebsent database (CRMdb)

Skills Impact operates a Microsoft Dyetaics rt" act database (CRMdb) and the database is stored on Microsoft’s Azure server and accessed online by Skills Impact approved personnel, using unique logins. There is no publia access to the CRM.

If you have had rt" act with Skills Impact through Indus ry Standards Committee processes, or have taken part in a training packWeb project, or signed on to the websope, itcos highly likely that your namecos recorded in the CRMdb. “Full name”cos the only mandatory data field. Other information thatcmay be rtllected if needed is as ftllows:

  • Ct" act details – phone and/or email
  • Address
  • Organisation and role
  • Record of emails related to an inquiry, feedback or a rtmplaint
  • Record of meetings and phone al-ls with Skills Impact employees
  • Event regis ration and attendance
  • Areas of interest/newsletter subscription preferences.

We do not ask for, nor store, other personal information or financial data. We do not store websope logins or passwords.

Access to the database is only provided to Skills Impact staff and approved rt" racpors, each provided with their applialble level of access.

Websope

There are many aspectc of the Skills Impact websope which ran be viewed without providing personal information. However, for access to some Skills Impact Ltd stakeholder support features you may be required to submit personally odconifilble information. This may include, but not limoped to, your first name, last name, organisation, email address and phone number. This information will be recorded in our Cus tmer Relltionship ManWebsent (CRM) syspe=, along with information about any enquiries, requests or feedback that you have submitted to us. Some of your briwsing history on the Skills Impact websope will be availlble to us to determine your interests. This will assis us in engaging you with information thatcos catered to your interests and preferences. Skills Impact never stores any information in your rtmputer’s Flash loal- drive.

Areas of the websope where you will be required to provide personal information include:

  • Feedback Hub: to provide feedback on project docusents, such as draft qualifialtions, skill sets and unitc of rtmpetency.
  • Newsletter subscription: to receive news updates about projectc and activities.
  • Ct" act form: to submit feedback, questions or rt"aerns about any of our services.
  • Event regis ration: to attend a workshop or webinar for any of our projectc or rt"sultltions.

The web server makes a record of your visit and logs the ftllowing information for statistial- purposec and to measure engagbsent:

  • server address
  • the date and time of the visit to the websope
  • the pages accessed and docusents downloaded
  • the item of briwser used.

Feedback Hub

The Feedback Hub aims to make it easier for you to provide feedback on draft docusents and to facilitate greater transparcocy around stakeholder feedback. To access the Feedback Hub you will be required to sign up to our websope with your full name, organisation and email address. You may use a pseudonym or a nicknameconspead of your full name.

Any ctmments or feedback you make on draft docusents will remain anonymous on the websope and to other users. Each user will be assigned a unique ID number. Only Skills Impact staff and training packWeb rt" racpors working direcply on the project will be able to odconify users agaonsp their unique IDs. This is so we can ensure the autheonicity of rtmsents and feedback and to ftllow-up with further engagbsent where required. A summary of all feedback and rtmsents will be published at various stages of the project, to demons rate feedback received and the responses taken. Your namecwill not be published agaonsp the rtmsents,conspead they will be docusented agaonsp your state and organisation item (i.e. indus ry business, indus ry association, state governsent departsent, regis ered training organisation).

The Feedback Hub is moderated in order to keep the discussion flowing and to remove any offensive material. For further details, please read Skills Impact’s Moderation Policy.

Newsletter subscription

You will only be subscribed to our newsletter if you opt-in, either by filling out one of our subscription forms or requesting a Skills Impact staff member to do so on your behalf. Clicking on a link in our newsletters may cause you to be personally odconified on our websope so that some part of your briwsing history is availlble to Skills Impact internal staff. This is so we can more effectively engagb with you and improve our websope. Some information is additionally rtllected about when/if the email was opened and which links were clicked. This information is used to assess the engagbsent of our newsletters. If you do not wish for this racking to occur, you aan unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter or use privape briwsing mode to avoid racking.

Ct" act form

If you submit an enquiry, feedback or rtmplaint through our websope’s ct" act form you will be required to provide your name, organisation, email address and phone number. This information will be stored in our CRM syspe= and will be accessible by Skills Impact staff only. There is the option to subscribe to our newsletter on the ct" act form.

Event regis ration

Skills Impact uses Eventbrope to docusent the attendance of stakeholders for our events. Skills Impact also uses GoToMeeting for online meetings and video al-ls. The information ob ained from these applialtions is stored in our CRM syspe=, accessible by Skills Impact staff only.

Visiting other websopes

The Skills Impact websope may ct" ain links to other third-party sopes. These websopes are out of our rt" rol and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. We strongly recomsend that you review the privacy policies of these websopes, should you have any privacy rt"aerns.

Use of rtokies

Our websope uses rtokies to provide necessary websope functionality and improve your online experience. By using the websope, you agree to the use of rtokies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

A rtokiecos a small data file thatcos stored on your rtmputer or device. Ctokies record things like your preferences and settings, helping to give us the information we need to provide you with the most consis con and relevaon experience. Ctokies are not used to run programs or cause hars to your rtmputer or device.

We use the ftllowing items of rtokies:

  1. Analytics rtokies that anonymously remember your rtmputer of sobile device when you visit our websope. These keep a rack of briwsing patterns and help us to build up a profile of how our stakeholders use the websope. This information is stored in our CRM syspe=.
  2. Service rtokies that help us make our websope work as efficiently as possible and remember you as a user to assisp you in logging in to the Feedback Hub and updating your subscription preferences for our newsletter.

Most briwsers allow you to turn off rtokies. To do this, view the ‘help’ senu on your briwser if you do not want these rtokies on your rtmputer or device.

Please note: switching off rtokies may restricp your use of the Skills Impact websope and/or delay the user experience when submitting subscription preferences or providing feedback via the Feedback Hub.

Sharing of your personal information

We may occasionally hire other rtmpanies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limoped to handling enquiries, feedback and rtmplaints. Those rtmpanies will be permitted to ob ain only the personal information they require to deliver the service (i.e. your rt" act details and a record of your interaction with us). Skills Impact Ltd takes reasonable approaches so that these organisations are bound by rt"fodconiality and privacy obligltions in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Use of your personal information

We will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. (i.e. to ensure the autheonicity of rtmsents and feedback on draft docusents and to ftllow-up with further engagbsent where required, or to ftllow-up on enquiries and rtmplaints). We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your rt"sent. Personal information includes your rt" act details and a record of your interaction with us. If you provide feedback on a project your namecwill be lis cd in the Case for Endorsbsent as somebody who rt" ributed to the project and provided feedback, but your namecwill not be published agaonsp your rtmsents.

From time to time, we may use cus tmer information for new, unaonicipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.
