Validation Sought On Seafood & Aquaculture Qualifications, Skill Sets & Units

Final draft qualifications, skill sets and units of competency are now available for validation and comment as part of the Aquaculture, Fishing Operations & Biosecurity Project and the Seafood Post Harvest Project.

Validation means checking and confirming that the documents are logical and factually accurate. We are seeking your views on whether the units reflect the current industry skills standards, knowledge and practices and whether all job functions are accurately described.

These final drafts will be available on the Skills Impact website for validation and comment until 10 October 2018. To participate in the validation process, please visit the links below.

Thank you to those stakeholders that provided feedback on the drafts that were made available between  20 July – 19 August 2018. A description of how this feedback has been considered and applied in these final drafts can be downloaded from the relevant project webpages.
