Retail Baking Review Project Update

First drafts of the units of competency, skills sets and qualifications have nearly been completed following consultation with the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). They will soon be available for broad industry consultation.

The TAC and the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industry Reference Committee will be seeking feedback on the content of the draft materials to ensure they align to current industry defined occupational standards.
