Retail Baking Project: Feedback Sought on Revised Qualification, New Units & Skill Sets

In response to feedback received during the recent consultation period, Skills Impact has worked with the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) to develop a revised Certificate IV in Advanced Baking, three new skill sets and three new units of competency.

The draft qualification, skills sets and units are now available for your feedback on the Skills Impact website. Please follow the link below to provide feedback by COB Friday 16 June 2017.

You are welcome to provide feedback on as many of the drafts as you would like. Please also feel free to share the drafts with colleagues who may be interested in providing feedback.

The feedback received from these drafts and the feedback received on the draft units, skill sets and qualifications from the consultation period between 11 April – 7 May will inform the work on the final drafts, which will be available for industry validation mid-June.
