Retail Baking Project: Feedback Sought on Draft Units & Qualifications

First drafts of the retail baking units of competency, skills sets and qualifications are now available for feedback.

The Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Industry Reference Committee (IRC) and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) are seeking feedback on the content of the draft materials to ensure they align to current industry defined occupational standards.

The draft units, qualifications and skill sets will be available on the Skills Impact website for broad industry feedback until 5pm, Sunday 7 May 2017.

Please feel free to register your interest to keep informed of project updates.

You are welcome to provide feedback on as many units, qualifications and skill sets as you would like. Please also feel free to share these drafts with others who may be interested in providing feedback. The feedback will inform the work on the next version of draft units, qualifications and skill sets which will be available for industry checking and confirmation mid-June.
