The National Centre for Vocational Education Research is calling on employers to participate in a survey about how they train their staff, and how effective this training is at meeting their skill needs. Your input is important so that the training needs of your industry are reflected.
First conducted in 2005, the Survey of Employers’ Use and Views of the VET Systemruns every two years and aims to interview over 6,000 employers across Australia.
Results from the last survey undertaken in 2021 showed that over 50% of employers made use of the nationally accredited vocational education and training system and around 80% are satisfied with nationally recognised training.
Results from this year’s survey will be publicly available from November 2023.
