Skills Impact would like to congratulate Board Member, Les Gordon on his induction to the National Farmers Federation Award of Honour Roll, in recognition of the many decades of service to the industry, including serving as Vice President and Water Committee Chair. Les joins only 12 other honour roll inductees.

Les has worked in farming for over 40 years, as part of his family business and in several industry-related governance roles. He is a current Board Director at Skills Impact, where his direct farming experience and his broad network across industry sectors provides valuable guidance for the organisation.
