Industry views sought on Artisinal Food & Beverage skills

A series of surveys have been created to help gauge the skills and knowledge required to perform job roles in the artisanal food and beverage sectors. These will help identify where new qualifications, skills sets and units of competency may be developed. We are seeking input from as many stakeholders as possible.

Specifically, the surveys are targeted at those involved in cheesemaking, brewing, distilling and other fermented product areas. We are keen to hear from those working in these sectors, as well as from trainers and assessors who may be delivering (or looking to deliver) qualifications or units in these sectors.

You are invited to complete the surveys by clicking on the links below. If you have multiple job roles you would like to discuss you are welcome to complete as many surveys as apply.
