Greyhound Project Update: Register Interest in Workshops

Consultation is underway to ensure units of competency from the RGR Racing Training Package are up to date and encapsulate racing integrity and animal welfare skills and knowledge critical to the industry.

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) are currently reviewing all feedback and any issues will be referred to the Racing IRC.

Thank you to those who provided feedback on the first draft of units of competency. The feedback will inform the work on the next version of draft units, as well as work on relevant qualifications and skills sets. The next drafts of these units will be available for industry feedback in late March.

On behalf of the IRC, Skills Impact are seeking interest in face-to-face workshops to provide the opportunity for stakeholders to give their feedback on the next version of draft materials in person. If you are interested in meeting with us, register your interest on the project webpage and we will be in touch.

By registering your interest you will also ensure that you are kept up to date of project activities and when draft materials are available for feedback.

To discuss the project please contact Evan Cooper, Industry Facilitation Manager, [email protected] or on 0431 851 293
