Feedback on Draft Horse Care Skills Standards

Draft qualifications, skill sets and units to support the careers of those involved in the care of horses have been developed and are now available for feedback.

Those involved in the horse care industry as workers, employees or trainers are invited to have their say on the draft skills standards. There is also the opportunity to register for a consultation webinar to discuss the drafts with the project team.

The qualifications and skills standards have been updated to incorporate the necessary safety skills across all work tasks and to accurately reflect the variety of careers available in the care of horses.

For more information and to have your say, visit the project page
