Our Role Establishing Skills Insight JSC

Skills Impact held a Skills Service Organisation (SSO) role between 2016 and 2022. In 2023 we established one of ten Job and Skills Councils (JSCs), after a submission to move into the role was backed by over 200 letters of support from a broad range of industry stakeholders. This new JSC, Skills Insight, has a broader scope to deliver outcomes that support a responsive VET system and a skilled and resilient national workforce. The industry coverage of Skills Insight is similar to our past coverage as a Skills Service Organisation.

Keren is a stakeholder engagement professional with a background in marketing, communications and event management. Her previous work encompassed working within the not-for-profit, education, and government sectors, focusing on the Western Sydney region.

Bringing a broad range of knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagement, marketing, events and communications to Skills Impact, she has led, developed and managed several high-profile events and projects. Her key strengths are developing stakeholder relationships and collaborative projects (internal and external), strategic marketing, plain English communication, and stakeholder engagement planning and management.

Keren has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Diploma of Media and Communication and IAP2 Certificate in Engagement.
