With a background in people and administration management, executive support, compliance, client and customer service, Dion is highly skilled in coordinating and supporting the daily administrative functions of Skills Impact. The support he provides to the executive team is valuable to ensuring quality and timely work outcomes. Dion’s experience includes more than 10 years at call centres and over five years in the vocational and higher education space. He has worked in international community development and has strong ties and interest in his ongoing projects in Indonesia and Siberia. Dion was raised in rural South Australia, where his family farm wheat and sheep and was involved in horse sports and cattle farming. Dion has a Diploma of Business Administration, Diploma of Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
